Current Positions:

Care Coordinator (Bastrop)

Care Coordinators help to ensure patients understand every aspect of their care. Care Coordinators work with agencies, other providers and medical facilities, act as patient advocates, and work to facilitate medical and treatment referrals.

Care Coordinators provide outgoing and follow-up referrals, monitor activities to ensure services are delivered and patients' needs are met. Care Coordinators assess patients' financial needs, explain sliding fee scale and other discounted services.

Care Coordinators work with patients to identify qualifications for government programs such as Medicaid, WIC, welfare, food stamps, social security disability or unemployment.

Position is located in Monroe.

High school diploma.
Medical office experience preferred.

ATTN: Care Coordinator

340B Compliance Coordinator (Bastrop)

Responsible for overall management, compliance, assessment and monitoring 340B pharmacy program, including conducting 340B audits in accordance with 340B Program Guidelines and MCMC policies and procedures.

Develops and maintains publication clearinghouse to include education materials, policies, forms, etc. Maintains knowledge of policy changes including but not limited to HRSA/OPA rules and Medicaid changes. 


Minimum 3 years experience as RN, LPN, or Pharmacy Tech and minimum 3 years experience working in a clinical quality improvement program.

Minimum 2 years implementing healthcare compliance program with proven track record of successful implementation without direct oversight.


Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)/
Associate in Nursing, LPN, or Certified Pharmacy Tech
Current License RN, LPN, Pharmacy Tech
Current CPR certification

ATTN: 340B Coordinator

Office Nurse (Bastrop, Monroe)

Positions available in Bastrop and Monroe

Some duties and responsibilities include:

- Patient assessments (height, weight, blood pressure, reason for visit, patient complaints, etc.).

- Preparing patients and rooms for physicals, sick visits and monitoring patient flow.

- Triages, draws blood, gives injections, assists with OB/GYN exams.

- Administers oral and/or IM medications as ordered by the provider.

- Provides patient education.

- Maintains strict confidentiality.

Must be computer literate. EHR experience preferred.
Certificate or Associates Degree of Licensed Practical Nursing
Current LPN license/Minimum 12 months experience Medical Assistant
Current CPR certification
