Current Positions:


MCMC is looking for an LPN available to work flexible hours Monday - Friday from 8am - 8pm and/or Saturday 8am - 3pm. Very competitive PRN pay. 

Some duties and responsibilities include:

- performs and documents patient assessments using EHR (height, weight, blood pressure, reason for visit, etc.) adapting basic procedures to patient medical needs.

- triages, draws blood, assists with EKGs, OB/GYN exams. Prepares patients and rooms for physicals, sick visits and monitors patient flow.

- administers oral and/or IM medications as ordered by provider.

- assists providers with procedures as part of the clinical team. Performs selected nursing and administrative duties. Maintains strict confidentiality.

Qualifications: Certificate or Associates Degree of Licensed Practical Nursing.
Current LPN license.

Care Coordinator

Care Coordinators help ensure patients understand every aspect of their care. Care Coordinators work with agencies, other providers, and medical facilities, act as patient advocates, and work to facilitate medical and treatment referrals.

Care Coordinators provide outgoing and follow-up referrals, monitor activities to ensure services are delivered and patients' needs are met. Care Coordinators assess patients' financial needs, explain sliding fee scale and other discounted services.

Care Coordinators work with patients to identify qualifications for government programs such as Medicaid, WIC, welfare, food stamps, social security disability or unemployment.

Hours vary Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Qualifications: High School Diploma. Medical office experience preferred.

Executive Assistant I

Some duties include:

- Preparing documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.

- Maintaining electronic and hard copy files.
- Filing documents and reference materials.

- Scheduling and coordinating clinic meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

- Preparing agenda and reports for board meetings.
- Recording, transcribing and distributing board meeting minutes.

- Monitoring, responding and distributing incoming communications.
- Answering incoming calls for Administration.

- Welcoming vendors and guests, answering and directing inquiries.
- Preparing written responses to routine inquiries.

- Handling requests for information.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associates degree preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Good computer skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. Must have positive attitude and good customer service skills.

Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon or
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
