Current Positions:

340B Compliance Coordinator (Bastrop)

Responsible for overall management, compliance, assessment and monitoring 340B pharmacy program, including conducting 340B audits in accordance with 340B Program Guidelines and MCMC policies and procedures.

Develops and maintains publication clearinghouse to include education materials, policies, forms, etc. Maintains knowledge of policy changes including but not limited to HRSA/OPA rules and Medicaid changes. 


Minimum 3 years experience as RN, LPN, or Pharmacy Tech and minimum 3 years experience working in a clinical quality improvement program.

Minimum 2 years implementing healthcare compliance program with proven track record of successful implementation without direct oversight.


Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)/
Associate in Nursing, LPN, or Certified Pharmacy Tech
Current License RN, LPN, Pharmacy Tech
Current CPR certification


Salary/hourly rate commensurate with experience.

ATTN: 340B Coordinator

Care Coordinator (Behavioral Health)

Full-time position with an expected 40-hour work week. Travel between sites as needed. After hours may be required depending on the needs of patients served.

Some duties and responsibilities include:

-schedules appointments for Behavioral Health program
-checks in patients, sets up telemedicine visits
-assists with administration of Behavioral Health screenings
-assists with monitoring BH patients' PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scores
-monitors and provides outreach services for patients
-maintains community resources of BH services for patients' needs
-maintains annual certification of ACA counselor and CAC Medicaid
-collaborates with fellow Care Coordinators in a teamwork environment
-participates in Community Health Fair events


Bachelor's Degree in a social science related field such as psychology, counseling, social work or sociology.

Receptionist (Bastrop)

Receptionist duties include:

  • Greeting patients in a professional manner.
  • Scheduling patient appointments.
  • Handling patient queries.
  • Answering phone calls and transferring calls accordingly.
  • Receiving and sorting faxes.
  • Scanning and indexing medical records.
  • Collecting and posting patient co-pays/deductibles/coinsurance.
  • Completing and recording daily deposits.
  • Ensuring accurate data entry using practice management system


High school diploma. Basic computer skills. Prior medical office and billing/insurance experience preferred. May require some evenings and weekends.

ATTN: Receptionist

Office Nurse (Bastrop, Monroe)

Positions available in Bastrop and Monroe

Some duties and responsibilities include:

- Patient assessments (height, weight, blood pressure, reason for visit, patient complaints, etc.).

- Preparing patients and rooms for physicals, sick visits and monitoring patient flow.

- Triages, draws blood, gives injections, assists with OB/GYN exams.

- Administers oral and/or IM medications as ordered by the provider.

- Provides patient education.

- Maintains strict confidentiality.

Must be computer literate. EHR experience preferred.
Certificate or Associates Degree of Licensed Practical Nursing
Current LPN license/Minimum 12 months experience Medical Assistant
Current CPR certification
